Delivery Zones & Rates

We deliver within 100 km of Montreal:

🚚 Montreal Island — $69
🚚 South Shore / Laval — $89
🚚 Outlying areas (up to 100 km) — $129
📦 Small items (headphones, phones, small audio, vacuums) — $14 by courier

We do not ship outside our local delivery area.

Delivery Timeline

1. You place your order online — payment is authorized but not captured.
2. Within 2–4 business hours we confirm your item's availability and condition.
3. Once confirmed, payment is processed and we schedule delivery — typically same day or next day.

If an item turns out to be unavailable, your payment authorization is released immediately and you are never charged.

Warranty

✔ All open-box products include a 1-year warranty.
✔ Brand new products carry the full manufacturer warranty.
✔ Every unit is professionally inspected and tested before delivery.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives physically damaged, contact us at 438-528-8505 or info@techvaletmtl.ca within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for transit damage claims. Keep the merchandise in its original packaging — upon return and inspection, a replacement unit of the same model will be delivered to you at no cost.

Returns

To return a product, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA#) by emailing info@techvaletmtl.ca. RA numbers and return instructions are provided within 3 business days. Returns without an RA# cannot be accepted.

Return conditions:

✔ Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
✔ Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, remotes, and manuals
✔ Product must be in the same condition as delivered
✔ Refused deliveries and non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
✔ Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable
✔ Return transport is at the customer's expense (or we can pick up for the applicable delivery fee)

After we receive and inspect your return, the approved refund amount is credited to the original payment method.

Quebec consumers are additionally protected by the legal warranty under the Consumer Protection Act (P-40.1).

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before delivery is scheduled — call 438-528-8505 as soon as possible. Since payment is only captured after availability confirmation, cancellations before capture cost you nothing.
