Your order is not accepted until TechValetMTL confirms product availability — payment is authorized at checkout but only captured after we confirm your item's availability and condition, typically within 2-4 business hours.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling.

We deliver locally within Montreal Island, Laval, the South Shore, and surrounding areas within 100 km — see our Shipping & Returns page for zones, rates, and timelines. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Once we complete delivery, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, text, displays, images, and graphics, are owned by TechValetMTL, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Canadian and foreign intellectual property laws.
