• Is the price firm? Yes, the price is already well below retail, so it's not negotiable.
• What does "open-box" mean? The packaging was opened (customer return, display or surplus stock). The unit is inspected and tested and comes with a 1-year warranty.
• How does the deal work? Order on our website by card. We re-confirm the unit is in stock, then schedule delivery. If you'd rather pay the balance in cash, you can do that at delivery once your order is booked.
• Can I pick it up at your store? No, we don't have a physical store. We deliver across Montreal and the surrounding area (within 100 km).
• Do I need a dark room? At 500 lumens it looks best in a dim or dark room. In a bright room the picture will look washed out compared to a TV.
• Do I need a screen? No, a smooth, light-coloured wall works (the projector has wall colour presets). A projection screen gives the best result.
• What's not included? HDMI and USB-C cables are not included.
